In 2006 I was over 14st. Today I hover around 10st. I’m here to share my weight loss journey…. it’s been a long road. I want to share my journey so that you can get some motivation or inspiration and I can support you in your journey.

The weight loss journey is a lifestyle rather than a quick fix. It’s almost more about mindset rather than what you eat (although this helps a lot!).
I want to share insight into how I’m maintaining my weight loss so that you can follow or adapt it to suit your needs. I’ll also share with you my training regimen, although I can’t say that it is for the faint hearted. But, what I will say is that if you can get into the same mindset then you will reap the same rewards. Not only will you lose weight but you will posses the mindset to tackle problems head on.

I’d like to share with you how I’ve done it and how I’ve been able to maintain it over the last 14 years. My main job is being a Dad. I have 2 bonkers children, 6 and 4 who take up a lot of my time. I’ve been a full time working dad with some pretty intense jobs. Now, I work for myself, trying to build a lifestyle around my children.
